§1 Confidentiality clause

1. Any information concerning documentation entrusted to Tranlation Agency E Lingua are confidential.  

2. Information and documentation that are subject of translations are accessible exclusively to employees cooperating with the office (translator, proofreader, coordinator, scientific consultant). 3.Information concerning Customers cooperating with us and their activity are confidential. We do not use them in order to gain new Customers.

§2Terms 

1.Translations made by E Lingua Translation Agency are conducted in 3 procedures:

- ordinary procedure- orders are completed within 3 working days (if total number of pages does not exceed 10),

- urgent procedure – orders are completed within 48 h (if total number of pages does not exceed 10),
- express procedure – orders are completed within 24 h (if total number of pages does not exceed 10).
2.For the time of accepting an order an hour of written confirmation of the order by E Lingua Translation Agency is considered, after prior confirmation of provisions of Customer or an hour established by both Parties on the phone.

3.Establishing procedure and term of translation conduction Saturdays, Sundays and other days off by law are not taken into account. Orders sent after 3.30 p.m. shall be qualified as orders accepted on another working day.
§3 Principles of written non-certified translations conduction  

1. Customer transfers the text for translation in a form of computer folder or printing.

2. E Lingua Translation Agency transfers the text for translation saved in MS Word document – at Customer’s request- in a text folder, Excel folder, in a form of presentation in Power Point or in a form of PDF folder to Customer. In case of saving translation in another format, E Lingua Translation Agency reserves the right to increase the price of service depending on how much time-consuming is the translation – after prior setting the issue with Customer.
3. The basis for settlement of written translation length is the number of settlement pages in target text. In case of non-certified translation a settlement page comprises 1800 characters (including spaces).  
4. Having received the text for translation, E Lingua Translation Agency makes pricing and on this basis sets procedure of translation conduction with Customer.
§4 Principles of certified translations conduction  

1. Principles of certified translations conduction are regulated by law of the Minister for Justice.

2.Settlement page of certified translation includes 1125 characters.
3. Original document or its scanned version Customer submits in person or by traditional post to the office seat of E Lingua Translation Agency or by e-mail to a given address.   
4. Customer receives translation at the office seat of E Lingua Translation Agency. E Lingua Translation Agency might send certified translation by means of courier or Poczta Polska taking cash on delivery.

 5. Certified translation of documentation sent in a form of a copy requires appropriate annotation that it was conducted on the basis of a copy. This annotation is placed on the original of certified translation. 
6. In case of an urgent need of Customer, there is a possibility of sending scanned complete version of certified translation to Customer with the use of e-mail instead of sending it by Poczta Polska, courier or personal receipt at the office seat. 
  §5 Principles of oral translations conduction

1. The Customer of consecutive or simultaneous oral translation provides subject area and scope of translated issues and provides necessary documentation indispensable for interpreter’s preparation.  2. Interpreter receives payment for each working hour started. 

3. Customer is obliged to cover all the costs related to interpreter’s drive and if it is a- few-day event, also potential costs of accommodation and other, connected with the specificity of a given event.  

4. In case of booth translations, Customer provides indispensable equipment at his/her own cost.
